The following activities are strictly prohibited on heybaji live:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent documents
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Fraudulent activity against other members

Heybaji live may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violations of these terms and conditions
• If KYC (identity verification) has not been completed
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At your own request (Self-Exclusion)
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be eligible for withdrawal before the account is closed.
